Staying in work
not just getting hired

What its all about
Building Inclusive Remote Work That Actually Lasts
We exist to fix one of the most broken parts of the employment system:
the gap between getting hired and staying employed especially for people who are fully capable of working, but excluded by rigid work structures.
Despite strong commitments to disability inclusion and workforce participation, too many people remain locked out of meaningful employment. Not because they lack skills or motivation, but because traditional work models don’t account for real human needs: energy limits, caregiving responsibilities, neurodivergent communication styles, or the simple reality that commuting isn’t possible for everyone.
At the same time, employers are struggling. Remote roles see high early attrition. “Inclusive hires” fail due to lack of preparation on both sides. Managers become risk-averse, not because they don’t care, but because they don’t have the support to get it right.
The result is a cycle of missed opportunities — for people, for employers, and for the system as a whole.
We’re here to break that cycle.

We run a Remote Work Access & Retention Pilot designed to test a simple but often overlooked idea:
What if supporting people after they’re hired mattered just as much as helping them get hired in the first place?
Our work is not a job board, a training course, or an employment agency.
We act as a bridge aligning employers and candidates upfront, supporting both sides through onboarding, and staying involved during the critical early months of employment.
The goal isn’t volume. It’s stability.

Our pilot is intentionally narrow so outcomes are meaningful and measurable.
We currently focus on work ready adults who are excluded by standard work patterns such as:
• Neurodivergent adults
• Parents with chronic illness or fluctuating capacity
This group often has:
• Clear accommodation needs
• Strong compatibility with remote work
• High motivation to retain employment once placed
By starting small and specific, we can learn what works and why.
